Returns policy
At Annie Greenabelle we want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy with your goods for any reason you can return them within 10 days of receipt for a replacement or a full refund. Goods must be in the same condition as when despatched.
Any refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation/receipt of returned goods. We will also refund any costs incurred in returning the goods if the return is a result of our error we made in fulfilling your order, or the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To make a return please re-pack the item(s) in the original packaging together with the invoice. More details will be included on the enclosed delivery note, or for more information please call our customer service line on 01509 812833 (Mon-Fri 10am-3pm).
IMPORTANT Free returns are not available on sale items. You can return sale items in the usual manner, but you will need to pay for the return postage.
