Annie Greenabelle is an ethical women’s’ clothing brand. Our garments are predominantly made of Organic and Fairtrade Certified cotton.
We are currently looking for a highly organised person, preferably with some customer service experience, to work at our Head Office in Leicestershire.
As well as having an enthusiasm and passion for working for a fashion brand, the successful candidate should be able to handle a multitude of varied tasks under their own initiative and be happy to work flexibly as part of a team in a challenging, creative environment.
The role includes:-
Answering all customer service calls in writing or by phone. In addition you will also be responsible for processing telephone, online and catalogue orders.
Managing the post and courier bookings.
Unpacking stock, checking quantities and distributing it to our concession in Topshop Oxford Circus, Topshop.com and other wholesale customers.
Making sure the website and our own stock systems are kept up to date as items come in and go out of stock.
Being the first point of contact for store staff.
Assisting with any ironing or steaming of garments for fashion shows and photoshoots and helping at these events.
Monitoring and ordering all office supplies.
Assisting the Director, designers and team when necessary.
A flexible attitude is absolutely essential in this role and the successful candidate must hold a UK driving licence. Besides general good IT skills, it would be an advantage to have working knowledge of photoshop or other creative software. Previous experience in e-commerce, maintaining web-content and building would be helpful.
