We aim to deliver most orders to your door within 3 to 5 working days, but during very busy periods please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Postage and packing costs will not be refunded unless an item is faulty.

IMPORTANT Free returns are not available on sale items. You can return sale items in the usual manner, but you will need to pay for the return postage.
